Schedule Coordinator

Pertemps Staffordshire are currently looking for a Schedule Coordinator for their Stafford based client.

With this Schedule Coordinator role, you will be responsible for:
Deal with client queries on the phone and by email and arranging visit dates with customers.
Report checking, quoting and managing remedial works and liaising with contractors.
Managing the workload and schedules of inspectors, surveyors and assessors.
For this Schedule Coordinator role, you will need:
Having good organisational skills is an essential.
Knowledge and confidence using Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word is essential for this role.
You would ideally have experience in scheduling roles such as engineers, technicians, surveyors or door inspectors.
Details of this Schedule Coordinator role:
Days/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 P/A DOE
Location: Stafford
Duration: Permanent
