Scaffolders
Nottingham
£25 - £27 Per Hour
Scaffolders required for a well-established scaffolding contractor based in Nottingham for 3 weeks to ongoing. Sites across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, working for tier 1 and tier 2 contractors as well as housing developers and specialised subcontractors. Part
Working hours are part 2 Scaffolders for a week and possibly the following week. 8 hours paid CIS, 7am - 4pm with a 30-minute lunch.
The Role:
Assemble scaffolding frames, tubes, boards, guardrail, toe boards, and safety nets following design plans and safety standards
Statutory regulations and safety requirements (including SG4) relating to the erection and dismantling of simple scaffolds
The correct handling, stacking and inspection of scaffold tubes, boards and fittings
Erection of scaffolds in public areas in accordance with Local Authority requirements
Selection and installation of ties for both sheeted and un-sheeted scaffolds
Requirements
CSCS
CISRS registered (Part 1 & 2)
Ability to read technical plans and scaffolding diagrams
Time served scaffolder with industrial / scaffolding experience
Remuneration
£26 Per hour CIS
8.5 hours paid a day
