Responsibilities:
* Assemble and disassemble temporary metal scaffolds, platforms, and staging according to project specifications.
* Assess the type of scaffold necessary and plan the layout.
* Prepare the foundation for scaffolding installation.
* Erect scaffolding poles, attach horizontal tubes, and secure scaffolding to buildings or structures.
* Ensure stable and safe scaffolding platforms.

* Adhere to safety guidelines and standards.
* Conduct regular checks and maintenance of scaffolding equipment.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Certified scaffolding training program (e.g., Scaffold & Access Industry Association or Construction Skills Certification Scheme in the UK).
* Prior experience in scaffolding or construction (beneficial but not mandatory).
* Familiarity with Scaffold Safety Awareness, Systems Scaffold, Tube and Clamp Scaffold, and Suspended Scaffold.
