Primary Responsibilities:
* Extend a warm welcome to all showroom visitors, providing attentive assistance from the moment they arrive.
* Collaborate closely with the brand manager to ensure seamless operations and uphold our brand standards.
* Build rapport with customers, understanding their preferences and showcasing the unique features of our luxury vehicles.
* Take charge of assigning sales leads to our Sales Executives, ensuring personalized attention for each potential customer.
* Keep our administrative tasks running smoothly by completing daily reports and handling other essential duties.
Who We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in admin is a must, this can be demonstrated as in a transferable skill.
* A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service is essential.
* Attention to detail is key, ensuring a flawless experience for every visitor.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft packages is preferred to streamline administrative tasks.
