SAP Logistics Support Consultant (SAP MM & EWM)

UK-Wide (Hybrid Working) Up to

The company is a major global systems integrator with a deep heritage in enterprise tech. Due to expanding long-term secure contracts, they are growing their Application Management Services (AMS) team to support complex, large-scale S/4HANA supply chain and logistics environments across critical national infrastructure.

The role involves providing specialist functional support across SAP Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Working within an established AMS practice, you will ensure operational stability across essential supply chain, procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes. You will tackle a diverse range of technical challenges: from resolving day-to-day incidents and service requests to driving continuous process improvements, testing, and cross-system integrations.

The Role:

Providing 2nd/3rd line functional support across SAP MM, SAP EWM, and S/4HANA logistics processes

Investigating and resolving complex incidents and service requests within established SLAs

Managing supply chain integration scenarios, inventory movements, and warehouse operations

Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders on system enhancements and service optimization

Supporting change management, continuous improvement initiatives, and testing activities

Candidate Requirements:

Must hold active UK Developed Vetting (DV) Clearance (Mandatory due to project security levels)

Strong functional SAP MM knowledge (Procurement, Inventory Management, Goods Movements)

Practical understanding of SAP EWM and warehouse management operations

Proven track record in an Application Management Services (AMS) or application support environment

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills across cross-functional SAP flows
