SAP Data & Quality Administrator (Temporary / Ongoing)

Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Pay rate £13-£14 per hours DOE

SAP Data & Quality Administrator

Overview

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong SAP and Excel skills to support within a quality/operations function.

You’ll play a key role in supporting quality processes by reviewing SAP inspection data and ensuring accuracy across the system.

SAP Data & Quality Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Review and manage SAP Quality Inspection Lots
Identify and track missing inspection lots (UDs – Usage Decisions)
Collect, record, and organise data accurately using Excel
Investigate discrepancies and flag any missing or incomplete information
Maintain clear and up-to-date records to support reporting
Liaise with internal teams where necessary to resolve data gaps
Support continuous improvement of data accuracy and reporting processes

Key Requirements

Previous experience using SAP (preferably within a quality or production environment)
Confident using Excel for data handling, tracking, and reporting
(e.g. filtering, sorting, basic formulas)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
Good communication skills and a proactive approach

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
