Are you an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst ready to an internationally renowned publising giant? Our client, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic Front Office Technology team. With a global presence in over 50 countries, this is an opportunity to make a real impact on a global scale.

About Our Client:

About the Role:

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing and understanding business requirements. You will lead workshops, drive process flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions aligned with our strategic roadmaps. Working closely with our Salesforce Functional Lead, you will contribute to the efficient delivery of Salesforce-powered solutions within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business workshops to capture clear requirements for Salesforce products.
Collaborate with technology teams to ensure design consistency and maximum value extraction.
Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Front Office technologies.
Analyse existing technical implementations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications using best practises.
Advise stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and best practises.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a global organisation.
Salesforce Admin Certification in CRM and Service.
Recognised BA Certification and Salesforce Admin Certification.
Strong knowledge of business analysis and development methodologies.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Experience working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Configure, Price Quote (CPQ) is a plus.Join our client's dedicated Salesforce Hub Team and play a vital role in their digital transformation journey.
