The company has an opportunity for a part-time Accounts Assistant/Sales Liaison Officer at our Reflex Packaging Solutions site at Market Harborough.
Job Overview:
This is a part-time, office admin role suitable for individuals seeking flexible work hours. The role involves fundamental administrative tasks supporting both sales and accounts functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders and support the sales team.
Communicate with clients to ensure smooth order processing.
Create and manage invoices.
Enter data accurately into our accounts system.
Compile financial reports.
Handle incoming post and reconcile accounting data.
Match invoices to statements and purchase orders.
Maintain sales ledgers and assist with reconciliations.
Ensure timely invoice payments and resolve finance queries.
Assist with year-end procedures and meet monthly reporting deadlines.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and update financial records.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills.
Basic understanding of finance principles and processes.
Accurate data entry skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills.
