Sales Support Operative

Description:

We are recruiting for a enthusiastic Sales Support Operative to join our hardworking team in Gloucester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities by generating quality leads in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements ensuring that specified targets and results are met in terms of quantity and quality. To maintain and update information on database(s) accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities:

Making outbound telephone calls to target audiences in a professional and polite manner, including cold calling and list cleansing.
Liaise with stakeholders to obtain outstanding information to progress the quote process.
Chase prospective clients quoted through our sales team to deliver sales conversion targets
Maintaining secure, efficient, and accurate filing systems.
Handling inbound commercial sales generated through third-party opportunities.
Supporting debt collection.
Obtaining insurer and finance documentation post sale
Actioning changes in policies or cancellations

To be successful in this role:

You must have previous Sales or Customer Service experience
You will receive warm leads and have the opportunity to create and follow up on your own leads
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
Be able to work under pressure
An eye for detail and be organised, motivated individual
