Salary: Circa £35’000 to £38’000 baseWe are searching for a business professional. Ideally a Sales Support Manager to take the role as a General Manager for a Head Office with a Franchise network. An interest and passion for early sports education, coupled with a strong commercial attribute to deliver franchisee communication and support.
The Sales Support Manager role supports a growth sports coaching business, who develop and deliver sport workshops for primary school curricular and extra-curricular development in primary education.
The traditional and non-traditional workshops are a fun and informative environment for children to develop. Currently they have a growing network of 20+ Franchisees, with the goal to further expand immediately.
Through demand we have created a brand-new role that will oversee the general management of the North West Franchise existing and developing network. With high volume of franchisee enquires the brand is highly sort as it develops.
Sales Support Manager – Sports Coaching Company - Role
Support franchisees and primary schools with communication and contact verbally and digitally.
Managing bookings, staffing changes/rotas and general enquiries.
Support the external teams with rotas, co-ordination of training, equipment and time on sites, answering any queries the team may have.
Solid delivery of all booking systems and CRM management, data ownership.
Organising review meetings with customers and planning diaries accordingly.
Active involvement in the sales process between the business and new primary schools.

You will have held a sales support role and be extremely comfortable dealing with external contact.
You will have a confident, outgoing personality, feeling comfortable to influence business challenges and change.
