We're looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our growing team, providing vital support to our Account Managers and helping deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting customers via phone and email
* Processing sales orders and maintaining CRM accuracy
* Preparing quotes and providing order updates
* Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and our warehouse team
* Managing stock and shipment queries
* Keeping customer and order information up to date
* Learning about our products and supporting customer meetings when required
What We're Looking For
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* A proactive approach and ability to work independently
* A willingness to learn and develop your sales knowledge
* Full driving licence and own transport due to our rural location
