Description:
We are currently looking for a Sales Support Co-ordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team and managing projects from quotation to delivery.
Main Responsibilities - Sales Support Co-ordinator
Liaise closely with the sales team to process customer enquiries, projects and purchase orders efficiently
Check purchase order acknowledgments to ensure orders will be fulfilled to our requirements, highlighting any discrepancies
Ensure price information is maintained accurately and in a timely manner
Support the Commercial Manager with commercial tasks, including pricelists, commercial agreements and promotions
Skills & Experience - Sales Support Co-ordinator
High attention to detail and level of accuracy
Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Flexible approach to meet changing demands and priorities
Experience of supporting stakeholders on various projects
Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and plan own workload
Confident in communicating with all levels
Working Hours
Monday-Friday 0845am-1730pm.
Salary
£24-26K PA Depending on experience.
