As a crucial member of the Sales Support team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities of The Sales Support Coordinator:

Provide comprehensive support to the Sales team, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage the sales order processes from start to finish, including the processing of new and used machine sales orders.
Collaborate seamlessly with depot workshops, parts departments, and external suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
Generate purchase orders and handle requests with precision and timeliness.
Monitor machine costs and margins to uphold financial objectives.
Act as a reliable point of contact for holiday or sickness cover, including coordinating transport moves and offering National Account support.
Contribute actively to the overall success of our clients business operation through teamwork and transparent communication within the company.Job Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Office applications, with advanced Excel skills being advantageous.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Prior experience in a sales support role is desirable.
