We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support/Client Services based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Sales Support/Client Services role
Salary: £24,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 9.30am-5pm
Responsibilities of the Sales Support/Client Services
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Process policy adjustments and updates accurately
Maintaining accurate client records
Producing cover letters
Invoicing clients
