Salary: £19,000-£24,000 Per Annum
Hours: 9am-3pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-1pm Friday- Part time hours considered (min 26 hours)
Location: Kegworth

The Candidate:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, my client are looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join a busy office environment based in Derbyshire
Sales Support Assistant Responsibilities:
Processing sales orders into our system.
Issuing order confirmations to clients.
Maintaining and updating sales databases.
Creating and dispatching customer quotations based on established information.
Communicating with clients through phone and email.
Coordinating with production staff to confirm delivery schedules.
Monitoring and managing component stock levels.
Supplying data and reports to support the sales team.
Experience:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
Proficiency in computer use, particularly with Microsoft Office
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
Capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently after training
Quick learning ability
High level of honesty and integrity
