Whittard of Chelsea is seeking a talented and dedicated Sales Support Assistant to contribute to the B2B Team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting sales processes, and ensuring timely order fulfilment, then this is the role for you!

Located in the gorgeous Didcot Head Office three days a week, you will have the exciting opportunity to support the B2B Team in seamlessly scheduling and processing B2B orders. As part of your role, you will also have the responsibility of preparing and delivering reports to stakeholders while ensuring that our valued customers receive timely and precise communication.

Within the role of Sales Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Work closely with the B2B Sales, Commercial Planning, and Operations teams to ensure the efficient processing of B2B orders.

Demonstrate exceptional customer focus while accurately performing all activities related to the receipt and processing of B2B orders.

Assist the B2B Support Manager in collating and analysing reports that support effective order forecasting and processing.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

Background in administration/retail/B2B and/or customer service experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Export understanding would be advantageous.

Strong numerical, logical, and accurate skills with excellent attention to detail, even in a pressured environment.

Well-structured and organised approach to work.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles as needed.
