Sales Support Administrator
Location: Shoreham Salary: £26,700 + Bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm Office-based
Talented People Recruitment is working on behalf of our client to recruit a proactive and organised Sales Support Administrator to join their growing sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with administration, sales support or customer service experience who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration.
* Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails.
* Liaising with customers, dealers and funding partners.
* Processing finance proposals and maintaining accurate customer records.
* Providing updates on vehicle orders and arranging customer deliveries.
* Coordinating end-of-contract vehicle collections.
* Updating the CRM system and ensuring compliance procedures are followed.
* Providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
About You
* Previous administration, sales support or customer service experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Confident using Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
* Proactive, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
