Customer Support duties:

Handle all incoming enquiries via the telephone
Promote and process orders through our website
Service all website customer orders

Call all orders placed, upselling and managing any changes, delivery updates so on

Manage the back-order report, distribute the lead times for non-stocked product to the CS team
Action smaller orders that require instant delivery
Generate google reviews
Estimating duties:

Registering - accurately obtain details from enquiries, logging them onto our system
Complete copy quotes, price updates and small quantity changes on quotations
Complete small quotations
Send out all completed quotations
Action any live chat enquiries
Pace of work is fast to ensure customer deadlines are met.  It will be necessary to carry out other tasks, in addition to the above, to ensure the smooth running of the business.

This is a full time office based role,the working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
