Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + uncapped commission + excellent benefits, earning an average of £60k OTE in your first year!

Overview

Our client, a leading specialist in high‑quality interior architecture, is seeking a passionate, detail‑driven Sales & Project Specialist to join their dynamic and growing division. If you excel in supplier management, technical project coordination, and delivering exceptional client experiences, this role offers an exciting career move.

You'll manage the end‑to‑end sales, technical specification, and order process for bespoke projects, making you the crucial link between clients, suppliers, and production.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships & Sales

Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries
Prepare detailed briefs and provide expert guidance on compliant solutions
Produce, follow up, and convert quotations into confirmed orders
Identify and develop new business opportunitiesTechnical Specification & Compliance

Validate designs, dimensions, and specifications
Ensure full compliance with fire regulations and standards
Confirm finishing details, ironmongery, and certification requirementsSupplier & Quotation Management

Obtain, compare, and assess supplier quotations
Ensure pricing is competitive while maintaining strong margins
Factor in tooling, logistics, and specialist compliance requirementsProduction & Project Coordination

Act as the bridge between client and production teams
Ensure drawings and specifications align with compliance standards
Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to track progressQuality & Regulatory Standards

Maintain high standards of quality control throughout projects
Ensure all products and installations meet current fire safety legislation and industry regulationsWhat We're Looking For

Sales experience within interiors, joinery, furniture, fire security or equivalent
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, or site surveys
Commercial awareness with experience managing costs, margins, or project budgets
