The job of the Office Services Assistant is to supply all aspects document solutions and support to the client – Kennedys Law Manchester.
You'll assist the FM manager, juggle reception duties, issuing visitors passes etc, and setting up of meeting rooms.
Playing backup for the Facilities Assistant
Keep our tech running smoothly by managing consumables for MFDs and handling related issues promptly.
Maintain an efficient office environment by stocking supplies, ensuring safety checks, and keeping things tidy.
Records, Reprographics, and Beyond:
Manage physical files, process them into our client database, and handle offsite storage logistics.
Master the art of photocopying, scanning, finishing, and digitizing documents, making our workflow seamless.
