Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Service Advisor to join a well-established independent automotive business in the Belfast region. This Sales & Service Advisor position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for customer service and sales to develop their career within a dynamic environment. The successful Sales & Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer care while supporting sales and operational processes. The Sales & Service Advisor role is ideal for individuals with previous experience in a customer-facing position, looking to progress within the automotive industry.

Benefits:

Basic salary of up to £24,960 per annum
Bonus potential of up to £560 per month, with an OTE of approximately £31,680
Full-time hours Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with no weekends

Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face, over the phone, and via email as the primary point of contact for customers.
Advise customers on a wide range of products and services, ensuring accurate and efficient order taking.
Manage bookings for trailer hire, towbar fitting, and other workshop services.
Ensure stock is received, displayed, and maintained to maximise sales opportunities.
Assist the workshop team with workflow management and timely updates.
Handle cash, banking, invoicing, and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain administration and filing systems in line with company standards.
Uphold health and safety procedures, ensuring a tidy and professional working environment.Requirements:

Previous experience in a sales, service, or customer-facing role is essential.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confident handling of sales transactions and basic administrative duties.
A proactive approach to delivering excellent customer care and driving sales.
