Our client, an established and reputable construction accessory supplier, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Lichfield.

With over 40 years of experience, our client has become a market leader, renowned for their wide product range and exceptional service. They are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to contribute to their continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Handle sales enquiries over the phone and via email
Provide advice and information on the range of steel products
Negotiate prices and build lasting relationships with customers
Assist with the growth of the business and work collaboratively to increase sales
Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer needs
Maintain a high level of customer service to encourage repeat business
Support the Commercial Team with negotiation and customer contact
Respond to quotation requests and provide technical assistance
Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
Provide administrative support to the Sales team
Maintain a strong understanding of the market and competitorsRequirements:

Previous experience in an internal sales or telephone sales role
Ideally, knowledge of the construction industry
Sales-driven with excellent customer service skills
Strong telephone manner and the ability to work well within a team
Proficient in using pricing systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to learn and explain technical information confidently
Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsBenefits:

Competitive salary of £27,000 to £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
