Kent (Field-Based)
£32,000 - £42,000 + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000+)
A well-established supplier of automotive workshop solutions is looking to recruit a Sales Representative to support growth across Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a growing business, developing new customer relationships while managing existing accounts within the automotive sector.

The Role
Develop new business opportunities across independent garages, workshops and service centres
Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the region
Conduct customer visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Generate quotations, negotiate sales and close new business opportunities
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve agreed targets
Represent the business professionally while building long-term customer relationships
The Candidate
Previous experience in a Sales Representative, Business Development or Account Management role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience within automotive, engineering or technical sales environments desirable
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to winning new business
Full UK driving licence
Package
£32,000 - £42,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000+
