Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30AM-5PM and Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM.

On behalf of our client, a global service provider, we have a new opportunity for a Sales and Reporting Analyst with experience of working with analysis tools.

You will need:
* Experience of working with analysis tools to deliver insight and/or Sales teams to identify opportunities and improvements.
* Experience of working with an ERP system and understanding the different components of a delivery business.
* Good attention to detail and an inquisitive nature.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Analytical and numerate with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
Duties include:
1. Daily sales KPI reporting and review of key trends.
2. Customer sales and rebate reporting.
3. Sales campaign reporting.
4. Report development and continuous improvement using available reporting tools.
5. ERP data reviews to ensure integrity across systems.
6. Daily sales KPI reporting and review of key trends and metrics.
7. Month end customer sales and rebate reporting, to include the streamlining and standardisation of reports.
8. Using Salesforce as a tool to optimise sales reporting capabilities.
9. Assist sales team with reporting and analysis requests.
10. Working with wider sales team to improve quality of reporting and move towards self-service reporting model.
11. Business partnering with marketing on campaigns and sales.
12. Support the Finance Business Partner with analysis, reporting and other ad hoc tasks.
13. Alongside Finance Business Partner, develop new and insightful sales and margin reporting.
14. Support with Sales budget and forecasts, including scenario-based planning and what-if analysis.
