A leading, highly successful, multi-office Estate and Letting Agent, currently requires an experienced Sales Progressor to join its team.
It is seeking a passionate experienced professional who is excellent at building relationships externally and internally and possess outstanding problem-solving skills. Ensuring the customer’s sale / purchase is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Sales Progressor Duties Include:
* Ensure solicitors, sellers, and purchasers. are aware of all any changes and updates.
* Checking authority to exchange/contracts/leases/transfers, getting documents signed, scanned, and returned to solicitors.
* Liaise with Customer Relations regarding extension requests and deposits.
* Ensure money laundering documents are obtained and meet all anti money laundering criteria.
* Ensure all staged payments are received on or before the correct date.
* Carry out world checks once advance payments are received.
Sales Progressor Experience:
* Sales progression within property sector
* Legal conveyancing knowledge
* Customer focused, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Competent in all Microsoft packages i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all situations.
* Able to work on own initiative and be comfortable dealing with all stakeholders and be well organised and show effective diary management
