Description:
We are looking for a target - driven Field Sales Representative to drive new business growth across our washroom, hygiene, and environmental waste service sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities, conducting site hygiene audits, and delivering tailored service proposals to local and regional business clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development - Actively prospect, generate leads, and self- source new business opportunities across commercial sectors.
* Hygiene Audits & Site Surveys - Visit prospective client sites to assess hygiene needs and recommend suitable product/service packages (e.g. washroom servicing, waste management, consumables)
* Pipeline Management - Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and consultation through to closing contracts and onboarding new accounts.
* Client Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with key business decision-makers to ensure smooth service transactions and long-term retention.
* Target Achievement - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new-business revenue and contract targets.
Key Requirements & Experience
* Proven track record in B2B field sales or business development (experience within washroom, or hygiene industry is preferred)
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with high energy and effective route-planning/time management abilities.
* Full UK Driving Licence (Required)
