Description:
Responsible for the ordering of Hardware and Software from our various
distributors based in the UK and Internationally. You will be in direct contact with the Sales
team and Logistics team on a daily basis and help ensure a smooth Supply chain process.

Description
Processing inbound orders from the Sales and Project Teams.
Managing customer order reports.
Assisting any Logistical requirements when needed.
Assisting in the upkeep of the Backorder Report.
Ensuring the Operations process is followed and Compliant with the rest of the
business.
Requesting Supplier Shipment and Order Reports.
Support International shipments (IOR)
Support setup of IOR agents, find best customs route, clearance process
Profile
Ability to work as a team member in a cross-functional, multi-disciplined matrix
environment.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Export regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organisation.
Ability to organise and prioritise workloads and to work on your own initiative.
Commitment, Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability.
Work with colleagues in a collaborative way and ensure information relevant to the
job is shared/passed on to colleagues promptly as appropriate.
Undertake any other duties appropriate to the post and provide cover for colleagues
when required.
Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & Cisco
Webex is desirable, including SharePoint and an understanding of online portals.
MS Dynamics 365 - Business Central and/or Finance. This may include Dynamics
NAV/Navision/Dynamics CP/C5/SL - Essential.
SAP/SIEBEL/ORACLE/COUPA/WORKDAY/ARIBA knowledge desirable.
