A Sales Order Processor is required for a busy team in South Leeds. This permanent and full-time role is fully office based and is to support businesses with their orders of detailed products. As a Sales Order Processor you will work in a supportive team to provide timely quotes, product details and complete orders, whilst offering brilliant customer service.
Our client has gone through a period of growth and won a number of brilliant contracts recently which has created this opportunity to join a long-established team who will offer training and support throughout your career with them. They are offering great career prospects and this role could develop into a sales role if you have an interest in account management or sales.
Duties will include:
* Taking phone and online orders for bespoke detailed products.
* Advising customers on specifications, lead times, quotes and supporting with general queries.
* Building customer rapport and supporting with repeat order planning.
* Liaising with other departments for availability and advice.
* Processing orders on a bespoke software and ensuring all compliance and quality for all records.
* Opportunities to meet and consult with customers.
We are looking for:
* Outstanding communication and administration skills.
* Experience within a sales order processing role.
* Great computer skills with fast and accurate typing speeds.
* A proactive approach to work and above all a friendly and professional manner.
The details:
The company is located near Hunslet in Leeds LS10, however, it is a 15 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, so it is preferable that you have your own mode of transport.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am till 5pm and Friday 8am till 3pm.
