Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Sales Negotiator to join an Estate Agent based in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who takes pride in their work and has a really good professional attitude to join a team which will allow them to showcase and develop their skills in the property industry.
Duties and responsibilities (but are not limited to):
* Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage enquiries and booking viewings.
* Maintain and Updates customer records and including customer feedback.
* Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and encourage second viewings where appropriate.
* Generate offers.
* Adhering to legislation progress offers to sale and completion.
* Manage and maintain daily all administrative systems and procedures.
* Liaise with clients and solicitors as appropriate to deliver excellent customer service.
* Generate new business by booking valuation appointments.
* Build relationships with colleagues and clients.
You will have at least 6 months industry experience, be extremely well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a passion to succeed within the property industry.
Salary starting from £22,500 (to be discussed at interview and dependant on experience.) with expected OTE of £32,500- £40,000
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday with Saturday hours on a rota basis.
You must hold a full UK Driving License.
