Responsibilities
* Maintaining regular communication with potential buyers in our database.
* Scheduling and conducting property viewings.
* Providing constructive feedback to sellers
* Facilitating negotiations between sellers and buyers to reach agreeable terms.
* Oversee the sale process through to completion.
* Actively seek new business opportunities to contribute to the company's growth.
Skills & Experience
* Ideally 1 years’ experience in a sales negotiator position.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
* Proficiency in managing sales processes.
* Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with a dynamic team.
* Customer service-oriented with a keen eye for lead generation.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Full UK driving license and car.
Hours of Work
* Monday to Friday
* Either from 9:00am - 5:30pm OR 9:30am - 6:00pm.
