Are you looking to come into Estate Agency? Or are you currently a Sales Negotiator looking to progress into a Senior Sales Negotiator? If yes, our clients a well-respected agency Estate Agency are seeking Trainees, Sales Negotiators, and Senior Sales Negotiators to join their close-knit team in the Norwich area.

If you’re looking to progress and develop in the property industry, this is the perfect opportunity.

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

Competitive basic salary (DOE)

£25,000-£35,000 OTE (uncapped)

Ongoing training & support

Career progression

Working days:

Monday to Friday

Alternate Saturdays

Sales Negotiator requirements:

Good customer service skills

Previous experience in estate agency ideally however not essential

Driven and hardworking

Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic

Driving license and access to own car

Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

Successfully negotiate offers

Drive the business forward by offering great customer service

Arrange and attend viewings

Greeting buyers & vendors

Registering customers

Matching requirements & arranging viewings

Calling out new properties
