Are you a driven and customer-focused Sales Negotiator looking for a new opportunity in Fife?

A leading estate agency is looking to add a Sales Negotiator to join their well-established, high performing team and assist clients with buying and selling properties.
I am looking for candidates with a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales acumen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful property sales, a good understanding of the property market, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with buying and selling properties
- Conducting property viewings and valuations
- Negotiating sales agreements and offers
- Providing expert advice on property market trends and pricing
- Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Marketing properties through online and offline channels
- Achieving sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent would be desirable
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach and ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in IT software and MS Office suite
