Salary / Rate of pay: up to £32,000 p.a.

What's involved?
As Sales & Marketing Manager your responsibilities will vary and not limited to:
Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
Manage and lead a small team providing coaching, mentoring and performance management to ensure targets are met
Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and inform the development of innovative marketing campaigns
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key clients and partners, negotiating contracts and securing new business
Responsible for maintaining the social media presenceWe are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager with previous hotel experience at senior executive level or a Manager who is looking for flexible working hours. The right person needs to be self-motivated, dynamic and with a proven track record in the industry with a good understanding of social media as well as the local market.
