Sales & Marketing Manager
Our well-established electronic company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Senior Manager to take ownership of the B2C sales and marketing operation for an established and growing business in Telford. This is a varied, hands-on role combining retail sales leadership, e-commerce, digital marketing and team management. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys working to targets, leading from the front and seeing their ideas translate directly into sales.
Leading, motivating and developing the retail sales team, including performance management, coaching and day-to-day support, setting and monitor sales targets and KPIs, driving the team to consistently achieve and exceed expectations, leading by example on the shop floor, actively engaging with customers and maximising every sales opportunity.
As part of this role, you will be taking ownership of the company's e-commerce sales activity, managing product listings, pricing, stock availability and online promotions across platforms such as Shopify, developing and coordinating effective promotional and marketing campaigns across retail, e-commerce and social media, managing and growing the company's social media presence, creating opportunities to increase customer engagement and sales.
Analysing sales and marketing performance, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement, monitoring competitor activity and market trends, using insight to develop new commercial opportunities, working closely with senior management to develop and implement the wider B2C sales and marketing strategy, taking full ownership of agreed targets and initiatives, ensuring campaigns and activity are delivered to a high standard and achieve a measurable commercial return.

Is commercially minded and enjoys looking for new ways to generate sales and revenue.
Is organised and capable of managing multiple priorities and campaigns.
Is confident using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and social media.
Takes ownership, uses initiative and enjoys making a visible difference.

Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm
Salary
£50,000 - £65,000 + Excellent Commission Scheme
