About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator to join our Investments business unit to work in Kettering, East Midlands.
Role purpose
To support Director and Managers fulfilling the requirements of the role ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to, targets and deadlines are met/exceeded and assisting with the smooth delivery of the department.
What you'll be doing
As a Sales Marketing Co-ordinator, your main responsibilities are as follows:
Support sales and marketing management in all administrative requirements of the department
Manage the admin set up for new sales offices
Effectively manage the delivery of contracts/missives in regards to house sales. Liaise with Selling Agents, solicitors and BBH management team
Check draft completion statements with solicitors and finance, confirm extras, incentives, and deposits
Control the cancellation of reservations and where required submit refund request to finance
Process recommendations and achieve sign off for new sales releases and strategy variations for developments
Manage MIS ( CRM system) including receiving and imputing new leads for sites to MIS, distribute all new leads to developments , follow up SLA contacts and upload all new hold and reservations to MIS
Create and control database for new and up and coming sites until can be passed over to a member of the sales team
Support the Sales and Marketing Director in gathering information for Gate 2, 4 and 5.
Upload all required information for customer app and ensure in place from reservation for each customer
Chase orders needed by the sales management team
Update website of new releases / sales and log all new lead numbers and appointment levels on site and the origin and update interactive maps for websites
Order completion boxes for completions
Who we're looking for
The following qualities/experience are essential:
Understand and knowledge of new homes sales processes & procedures internal and external including CDM and Consumer Code
Previous experience of working an administrative role
Good organisational and communicating skills
Computer skills – Word and Excel (essential), Eque2 (or equivalent)
Driving License
