As we look to the future and a result of exciting expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitions and dynamic individual to join our team as Sales Manager / General Manager, to work with and mentor our sales team, in order to drive business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will have;
* A proven track record as a business manager, sales controller or sales manager within the automotive industry
* Good financial and commercial understanding
* The skills and experience to lead and inspire a team
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment
Your duties will include;
* Reporting to the managing director, the amin goal will be to enhance the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles.
* Motivate and support the sales team
* Ensure effective stock profiling and management
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that boost sales.
