Are you a sales manager or similar, looking for a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with ambitious growth plans, where you will utilize your business development expertise and technical know-how to spearhead and capitalize on this new surge of growth, for a forward thinking SME which will recognise your skills and expertise, and reward them with a flexible and versatile role, performance related bonus and the opportunity for progression?

Do you want to be at the core of this business's ambitious growth strategy, where you will work closely with the Founder and Managing Director, securing new business and managing current client relationships, with the opportunity to lead Business Development across multiple sites in the coming years?

On offer is the opportunity to join a small but growing sheet metal and fabrication company, where you will use your skills in Technical Sales and Business Development to drive growth and be rewarded accordingly. You will work remotely, travelling across the UK to liaise with clients and secure new work, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

The Role:

Highly autonomous, working remotely and travelling to client sites across the UK
50/50 split between New Business and Current Client account management
Provide on-site support during estimating, quoting, and project delivery
Report directly to Managing Director, via phone or video calls, on a regular basis
Progression to leadership of Business Development teamThe Person:

Experience as a sales manager, with a background in sheet metal and fabrication
Any experience with Business Development for manufacturing
