Guildford
£35,000 - £40,000 (OTE £60,000 - £70,000) + Generous Commission Structure + Training + Uncapped Commission
Are you a sales manager looking to join a well-established Garage Equipment specialist that designs and installs complete workshops and provide great earning opportunities with a generous commission structure?

In this role the successful sales manager will oversee ensuring the team hits their KPI's, provide training for salespeople as and where needed and actively closing warm leads alongside the sales team that are fed through daily.

Closing warm leads and distributing them to your team.
Providing training as and when is needed for salespeople.
