Are you an experienced Sales Manager with a fuel solutions background, looking for a new challenge?
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager with experience in fuelling solutions to lead and progress a small team of 6 , with a competitive salary of circa £40k
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team, setting and monitoring key performance indicators, and leading by example in calling and converting new business opportunities.
You will also be tasked with developing your sales team through motivation, coaching, and assisting with sales and prospecting activities.
In addition to managing daily pricing and monitoring the fuel market, you will actively research marketing and advertising opportunities to increase our clients range of sales.
You will also be responsible for ensuring an accurate published rota for all sales staff and ensuring that system prices reflect daily changes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar sales management position, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
You will also need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Working for a fuel solutions company before is a must, as is a good understanding of B2B and B2C sales within this industry
