This is a very exciting opportunity to join a leading and agile UK software house that provides digital transformation solutions into the public sector. As a result of a recent restructure of their senior management hierarchy, which has led to a very positive re-invigoration of the sales team, our client is now seeking to add a Sales Manager into their business. Managing a team of 8, this role carries no individual contribution target. The role is 100% man-management where you will be accountable for a team target. The team sells into both Social Housing and the NHS, therefore it is imperative that you have experience of either vertical. The ideal candidate will be very credible and have the experience of managing a mix of both senior sales professionals and junior. This is a fantastic opportunity to come on board, be an integral part of the company’s growth with a very strong opportunity of progressing with the business further down the line.
Candidate Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales management experience required
- Experience of managing both junior and very experienced sales professionals
- Experienced in either Housing or NHS/Healthcare
