Sales Manager - Edinburgh - Up to £38,000 plus bonus
Our client is an award winning specialist tour operator is seeking a Sales Manager to manage a small team in their offices based near Edinburgh. You will be responsible for a team creating unforgettable holidays built around experiences. This role is Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday per month and a salary of £38,000 plus commission dependent on experience.
Sales Manager responsiibilities:
Lead, coach and develop the team driving sales performance and KPI's
Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.
Ensure enquiries are converted into confirmed bookings.
Encourage repeat business and strengthen loyalty programme engagement.
Monitor performance, reporting and CRM data accuracy.
Provide sales forecasts and commercial insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the guest experience.
Sales Manager skills required:
Proven experience managing and developing successful sales teams.
Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent coaching, leadership and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
CRM experience (HubSpot desirable).
Passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Additional information:
Up to £38,000 plus bonus and incentives
Office based near Edinburgh
Mon-Fri plus one Saturday per month
