Responsibilities:
Work closely with local marketing and business development teams to identify target markets, considering environmental and legislative requirements
Build relationships with decision makers and influencers, and introduce the business as a market leader
Identify new business prospects, and embed the business' sustainability philosophy
Qualify and convert network leads via the CRM, facilitate engagement with stakeholders, collaborate on product solutions, and leverage network relationships for purchase commitments
Show precise understanding of CRM pipeline conversion timing and probability, ensuring pipeline meets sales targets and improves conversion ratio
Utilise your network to enhance market knowledge and analyse pipeline conversion obstacles, maintaining prospect feedback for relationship improvement
Skills / Experience:
Senior business development management experience
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Be able to analyse target markets
An understanding of environmental and legislative requirements
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to bring in new business and nurture relationships
Knowledge of CRM systems
