You're not just a Sales Manager; you're a visionary, a mentor, and a master at driving results while fostering strong relationships.
With a retirement on the horizon, whoever steps into this role as Sales Manager could see themselves on a path of becoming a Commercial Director within a short time period, we are talent spotting and succession planning whilst recruiting for this role.
No two days will be the same. As Sales Manager you'll manage a vibrant team, handle a diverse range of customers, and meet ever-evolving needs. The office is a whirlwind of activity, where orders come in, this is their core product, their bread-and-butter division, and you would be responsible for heading that up.

* You understand the importance of process within a business. Got SAP experience? That's a huge plus.
* If you come from the world of metals, that would be a bonus, but the last person who we placed in a similar role within another sector of their business was from a completely different industry!
* We need you have sold a product in the manufacturing//engineering world, but apart from that can be quite open to your background.
