We're looking for a commercially driven Growth/Sales manager to lead a customer-facing team, drive sales growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role combining new business development, account management, team leadership, and customer success.
Role is based in Leighton Buzzard with 1 day working from home.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business and grow existing customer accounts.
Lead and develop a high-performing customer excellence team.
Manage a sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
Drive customer retention, account growth, and service excellence.
Improve processes, CRM usage, and team performance.
About You
Proven sales and business development experience.
Previous team leadership or management experience.
Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
Commercially minded, target-driven, and proactive.
