Sales Manager
Fleet Street
Basic Salary £45,000 + Realistic £125,000 - £150,000 OTE
Monday – Friday 08:45 – 6pm
Our client specialise in identifying wealth-building opportunities in the UK buy to Let market. They work with a wide range of clients, from individuals looking for 1 or 2 property investments, to overseas funds and institutions looking for large bulk purchases.
This is an extremely rare opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Manager, preferably with investment sales experience and at least 3 years leadership experience to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be switched on, ambitious and motivated by uncapped earning potential. You should possess a great deal of integrity, energy, and drive as well as the desire to exceed targets (and enjoy rewarding yourself for all your hard work). As you will be the face of the company you should have the ability to build rapport and really get to the bottom of our clients’ dreams and aspirations. This role is all about attitude and is ideal if you thrive in an environment where your effort is directly related to your earning potential and success.
You will be responsible for:
* Advising on property investments
* Advising clients & companies throughout the sales process
* Closing property deals
* Managing client’s property portfolios
* Following up all sales enquiries
* Building rapport and maintaining client relationships
