We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Sales Manager to join a reputable dealership in Lowestoft, Suffolk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales teams within the motor trade and possess strong leadership skills to drive performance and achieve targets.
Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead and develop their sales team in Lowestoft. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence sales success within a well-established dealership.

Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum
OTE up to £60,000 with bonus structures

Five-day working week, Monday to Saturday

Lead and motivate a team of four Sales Executives to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet dealership targets
Build strong relationships with customers, maintaining high standards of customer service
Manage daily sales activities, ensuring team compliance with company policies
Monitor and analyse team performance, providing coaching and support as neededRequirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade
Demonstrable ability to lead and develop a sales team
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of the Suffolk market is advantageous
