Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely make an impact?
We're working with a successful and growing business in West Yorkshire that's looking to appoint an ambitious Sales Manager to lead, develop and motivate a high-performing sales team while driving business growth.

The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the sales function while identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve processes and develop your team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading, coaching and developing a team of sales professionals.
Driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Monitoring KPIs, sales performance and pipeline activity.
Conducting regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Identifying new business opportunities and supporting key customer relationships.
Producing sales forecasts and management reports.
Working closely with other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Creating a positive, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
About You
We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, passionate about developing people and enjoys leading from the front.
You'll Ideally Have:
Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Team Leader position.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong coaching, mentoring and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive and hands-on management style.
