Description
We are expanding our product offering and working closer with Leading Industry Tradeshows. We are looking for a Sales Manager to build a team of highly motivated Sales Execs. They will be calling companies attending these tradeshows to sell them advertising packages to promote themselves at the events. This is an exiting new role with lots of growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Allocating Events to sales representatives
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Reporting to senior managers
- Managing a team on average of 5+ people
- Continuously train and develop your own and the sales team negotiation skills

- Successful track record in outgoing sales – especially in Media (Print or Online)
- Ability and desire to call high and sell to C Level Execs
- A good sales Leader and Motivator
