Business Development Manager: Engineered Timber Solutions

Location: Home-Based (Primarily covering the M62 Corridor & North Region)
Target Market: National/Regional Developers, Main Contractors & Modular Manufacturers

The Role
Business Development Manager now required to join this £8m business to lead the commercial growth of their engineered timber division across the North of England.

This is a high-autonomy, home-based role designed for a technical sales professional who excels at building long-term partnerships within the residential and commercial construction sectors.

You will secure specifications for Roof Trusses and Floor Joists

Package & Benefits

Salary: Up to £60,000 (commensurate with experience) plus bonus and car or car allowance
Flexibility: Full home-working set-up with the flexibility to manage your own territory and schedule across the M62 corridor. Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Drive sales growth across the North Region, specifically targeting the M62 corridor (Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Hull).
Sector Diversification: Lead the full sales cycle with National/Regional Developers, Main Contractors, and Offsite/Modular Manufacturers.
Technical Specification: Present structural solutions for I Joists and Posi-Joists, focusing on cost-efficiency and build-speed.Required Experience

Proven Track Record: Substantial experience in Technical B2B Sales into the construction supply chain.
Sector Familiarity: You must have a background selling directly into Developers, Contractors, or Manufacturers.
