Sales Manager / Sales Controller
Automotive Business - Liverpool
I'm currently working with a successful automotive retailer that is looking to add an experienced Sales Controller / Sales Manager to their high performing team.
What's on offer:
Basic salary of up to £40,000
Realistic OTE of up to £70,000
Structured shift pattern with 2 days off during the week
One full weekend off every month
Join a busy, established site with a strong reputation and consistent stock levels
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Sales Controller or Sales Manager within the trade
Ideal experience in a used car supermarket or other high volume automotive sales environment
Strong leadership and coaching skills
A proven track record of driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service
Commercial awareness with the ability to motivate a successful sales team
